Transformative Substance Use Treatment in Arizona

Begin your Christ-centered journey to lasting transformation. At AnchorPoint, we guide men from all faiths to reclaim their power, end the cycle of trauma, and rise stronger in addiction recovery.

Guiding Men To Reclaim Their Faith and Purpose

We understand that asking for help can be challenging, especially when addiction carries a heavy stigma. But hiding the struggle only lets it take deeper root. At AnchorPoint, we believe in the power of brotherhood—just as Proverbs 27:17, “As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another” —we sharpen one another to rediscover purpose, strength, and passion for life.

Affordable Care and Major Insurance Accepted

We accept most major insurance providers and offer flexible financing options designed to make high-quality care accessible.

Full Spectrum Care Supporting Your Long-Term Journey

Detox Referral Partners

We partner with trusted local detox centers to ensure you safely withdraw from substances like opioids, alcohol, and benzodiazepines before starting treatment. Our admissions team handles the paperwork so you can focus on managing affairs at home and arrive ready for care.

Residential Treatment

Experience private, executive-style rooms and access to an on-site gym + nutritionist. Our program focuses on addressing deep-rooted trauma, fostering reflection, and building physical and mental strength to combat addiction with strength training, hiking, and outdoor recreation.

Partial Hospitalization (PHP)

In collaboration with Holdfast Recovery, we support a smooth transition from inpatient care to an intensive, structured PHP program. PHP provides six hours of daily treatment, five days a week, balancing clinical structure with real-world integration.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

AnchorPoint partners with our brother program, Holdfast Recovery, to provide a seamless step-down to a two-phase Intensive Outpatient Program that meets either 5 or 3 days per week for 3 hours. IOPs continue to provide clinical support while promoting independence.

Live in a structured, Christ-centered community where support and accountability are provided 24/7 by dedicated staff. Sober Living at AnchorPoint fosters lasting friendships and shared commitment to recovery and personal growth.

Aftercare Services

Why Begin Your Path to Recovery With AnchorPoint?

True transformation happens when clinical expertise and integrated wellness, meet the life-changing power of Jesus Christ. Here’s what you can expect when you join a recovery community rooted in strength at AnchorPoint.

Evidence-Based Therapies

Therapies such as CBT and DBT help identify harmful patterns, develop emotional regulation, and build healthier coping strategies grounded in truth and grace. EMDR targets the impact of trauma, rewiring painful memories for spiritual and psychological renewal.

Christ-Centered Care

Every step of the program is guided by a Christ-centered framework that emphasizes transformation, not just symptom relief. Men are invited to surrender old wounds and embrace a life of purpose and power that strengthens character and encourages spiritual discipline.

Trauma-Informed Staff

Our staff acknowledges the unique challenges men face in confronting past wounds, especially when societal expectations discourage vulnerability. We help clients build physical and emotional strength with trauma therapy and guided exercises to reclaim their stories.

Physical Fitness & Strength Training

Clients engage in strength-building exercises that foster discipline and physical resilience, helping them repair the damage caused by addiction and reignite a sense of personal stewardship over their bodies.

Equine-Assisted Therapy

Trust, strength, and resilience are built on the back of horses in the Arizona outdoors. Equine Therapy, offered through our partners in IOP and PHP, helps clients develop communication skills and build emotional awareness through powerful, nonverbal interactions.

Brotherhood and Accountability

Brotherhood is the lifeline of recovery here at AnchorPoint. Men find strength in spiritual fraternity through 12-step Programs, NA, AA, and Bible study groups. This community offers encouragement, wisdom, and accountability.

Family Therapy and Attachment Work

Our family therapy offers men practical tools rooted in attachment-based therapy to repair and renew relationships damaged by addiction. Clients learn how to communicate honestly and set healthy boundaries, empowering them to become leaders and providers of love and stability.

Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT)

We partner with licensed medical providers to offer MAT, a safe approach to managing opioid dependency and cravings. While we do not prescribe methadone, if you’re currently on it, we can coordinate seamless care to help with a tapering schedule.

Transformative Therapies Guided By Neurofaith™

Our Neurofaith™ approach, grounded in Christ and backed by neuroscience, restores mental clarity, physical vitality, and spiritual resilience.

Polyvagal Informed Therapy

This teaches clients how to recognize and regulate their nervous system responses, breaking free from the patterns of deep-rooted fear and hypervigilance often stemming from trauma and contributing to addiction.

HeartMath™ Techniques

Practical skills to manage stress and emotions through heart-centered breathing and coherence exercises. These foster spiritual and emotional balance by helping clients align their heart and mind, which is foundational for walking in faith and overcoming addiction.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

IFS offers a powerful framework for clients to rebuild broken internal “parts” fractured by trauma and move past feelings of guilt and shame. This can help them reclaim identity through spiritual growth and break the chains of addiction.

Sociometrics

Experiential tools to build authentic brotherhood, foster trust, connection, and emotional safety within the group. Through relational experiences and exercises, men learn new ways to support one another, reflecting the biblical call to bear one another’s burdens.
