Who will I be speaking with — a call center, admissions, or a clinical team member?

Professional referrals are handled through a dedicated referral pathway. You’ll speak with a referral liaison trained to work with clinicians and care teams, and when clinical nuance is needed, we escalate directly to senior clinical leadership for case review.

Do you support same-day or next-day admissions?

Yes, when clinically appropriate and when travel/logistics allow. We can often complete an initial clinical review the same day and provide an admissions pathway within 24–48 hours for urgent cases.

What levels of care do you offer?
