Helping a loved one get into rehab

Many first calls come from someone close to him. A wife, a parent, a boss or a counselor makes the call, and that’s fine. Admissions talks to you the same way, and helps you plan what to say to him.

“Anchor Point Recovery helped me through one of the hardest times in my life. The staff treated me like a real person, not just another client, and that made a huge difference. Everyone was supportive, easy to talk to, and genuinely cared about my progress. The environment felt safe and positive, and I always felt like people wanted to see me do better. I’m really grateful for the experience and would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing help.”
  • Jacoury H.September 2026
“First, I would like to express my appreciation and gratitude for all staff involved in my recovery here at Anchor Point! I didn’t feel like a client but more like extended family that ofcoarse had my best interest at heart! Allowing my faith to freely be apart of my process was a vital part and again I’m grateful!”
  • John B.June 2026

About 15 minutes. A real person on the admissions team answers and walks you through it: what you’re using, your health, your medications, your insurance and how you’d get here. Answer what you can. The call is free and confidential, and you can ask anything, about yourself or someone you love.

If you’re a fit, admissions sets an arrival date with you on the first call. The timing depends on things like whether you need detox first, your benefits check and your travel. The quickest way to know your date is to call and go through it together with admissions.

If you’re still using or in withdrawal, yes. Detox comes first, at a detox program, and admissions helps arrange it. Once you’re medically cleared, we pick you up from the program and bring you straight to the house.

Yes, for free, before anyone commits. Admissions calls your insurer, checks your in-network and out-of-network benefits for residential treatment, and calls you back with plain answers. Many PPO plans help pay out-of-network. Verify insurance in a few minutes with the online form, or read your card to us on the phone.

Yes. Many first calls come from a wife, a parent, an employer or a counselor. Admissions talks to them the same way, answers their questions and helps them plan what to say to you. Once you’re here, your care is shared only with your written OK.

Yes. The admissions line is open 24 hours, every day, and a real person answers. If you’d rather send your details first, leave your number in the form and admissions calls you back, usually the same day.

On Clearwater Drive in Arizona. Men come from across Arizona and from all 50 states. Flying in? Book a flight to Phoenix Sky Harbor (PHX) and AnchorPoint staff pick you up for the drive north, under two hours.

There are five steps. You call admissions, we check your benefits for free, and if you’re a fit we set an arrival date with you. If you need detox, that comes first, at a detox program, and we help arrange it. Then we pick you up from detox or the Phoenix airport and bring you to the house.

You can call with nothing in hand. If you have them, your insurance card, a list of your medications and doses, and an idea of what you’re using and how often help admissions move faster. Whatever you share helps the team get ready for you.

AnchorPoint works with private insurance, including PPO, employer and union plans, plus TRICARE and TriWest. For Medicare or Medicaid (AHCCCS), admissions can help you find a program that takes them.
