Mentorship from older men in recovery
Rehab for young men here means you’re one of the men, side by side with the house.
The men around you have walked this road. Some are further down it. They talk to you straight and expect you to do the work. You sit in the same circle, eat at the same table and do the same work.

Young men’s rehab insurance coverage
Admissions checks your benefits for free, in or out of network, and tells you plainly what your plan covers before you decide anything.
In network
Most PPO plans work out of network too. On Medicare or Medicaid (AHCCCS)? Admissions can help you find a program that takes your plan.

Reviews from men at AnchorPoint
- Brett H.May 2026
“Anchor Point Recovery helped me through one of the hardest times in my life. The staff treated me like a real person, not just another client, and that made a huge difference. Everyone was supportive, easy to talk to, and genuinely cared about my progress. The environment felt safe and positive, and I always felt like people wanted to see me do better. I’m really grateful for the experience and would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing help.”
- Jacoury H.September 2026
“First, I would like to express my appreciation and gratitude for all staff involved in my recovery here at Anchor Point! I didn’t feel like a client but more like extended family that ofcoarse had my best interest at heart! Allowing my faith to freely be apart of my process was a vital part and again I’m grateful!”
- John B.June 2026
“Anchor Point is a faith based recovery program that does an amazing job helping addicts and those with mental health concerns over come their issues. If you want to strengthen your relationship with God and get help, I recommend Anchor Point. It is great program. The facility is clean and comfortable. The staff are caring and helpful. The therapists are top notch.”

Rehab for young men FAQ
- You live in a small house in Arizona for about 30 days, sometimes 45, alongside older men who have walked this road. Every day has a shape: group, one-on-one time with your own therapist, the gym, the trails and 12-step meetings. You keep your phone, and the house is open: you stay by choice.
- 18 or older. AnchorPoint is residential treatment for adult men, 18 and up, so every man in the house is an adult. Young men live and work alongside older men who have been where they are.
- Maybe, and that helps. You live alongside older men who’ve walked this road, and some are further down it. They talk to you straight and expect you to do the work. You sit in the same circle, eat at the same table and do the same work as every man in the house.
- Yes. Parents often make the first call. It takes about 15 minutes: admissions listens, checks the fit, checks your benefits for free and helps them plan what to say to you. Once you’re here, your care is shared with them only with your written OK.
- Yes. You keep your phone so you can stay in touch with family and friends at home. The one rule is that the work comes first. Family can visit on Sundays as well, and parents can always call admissions.
- Yes. Suboxone continues and is managed here, and methadone is coordinated with your provider. If you still need to detox, that happens first, elsewhere, and then we pick you up.
- Yes. The gym is in the house, open to you every day, and every level is welcome. The trails are part of every week too, along with ground work with horses and outings off site.
- Yes. 12-step meetings (AA, NA or CA) are part of the work for every man in the house, young or older. They sit alongside group, one-on-one therapy and the outdoors in the same week.
- It depends on the plan. Admissions checks benefits for free, including out-of-network, before anyone decides anything, and a parent can start the check. If he’s on Medicare or Medicaid (AHCCCS), admissions can help you find a program that accepts it.
- Your next step, including school or work, is planned with your team before day 30. You leave knowing where you’re going next, whether that’s back to class, back on a job or more support where you live.
