Outdoor activities in the schedule
Part of the rehab daily schedule in residential treatment, and every activity ties back to group.
The outdoorsChrist-centered care in the daily schedule
AnchorPoint is Christ-centered, and faith is part of the work here. Treatment follows the NeuroFaith® model, which brings the neuroscience of trauma, therapies such as EMDR, CBT and DBT, and Christian faith into one plan of care. Men of any faith, or none, are welcome.
- Brain science. Trauma is held in the nervous system, so the work starts with feeling safe and steady.
- Faith. Rebuilding identity, and your relationship with God, yourself and the people you love.
- Brotherhood. Bible study groups, prayer and fellowship alongside group therapy and 12-step meetings.
Rehab insurance coverage
Admissions checks your benefits for free, in or out of network, and tells you plainly what your plan covers before you decide anything.
In network
Most PPO plans work out of network too. On Medicare or Medicaid (AHCCCS)? Admissions can help you find a program that takes your plan.

Reviews from men at AnchorPoint
- Brett H.May 2026
“Anchor Point Recovery helped me through one of the hardest times in my life. The staff treated me like a real person, not just another client, and that made a huge difference. Everyone was supportive, easy to talk to, and genuinely cared about my progress. The environment felt safe and positive, and I always felt like people wanted to see me do better. I’m really grateful for the experience and would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing help.”
- Jacoury H.September 2026
“First, I would like to express my appreciation and gratitude for all staff involved in my recovery here at Anchor Point! I didn’t feel like a client but more like extended family that ofcoarse had my best interest at heart! Allowing my faith to freely be apart of my process was a vital part and again I’m grateful!”
- John B.June 2026

If you want to strengthen your relationship with God and get help, I recommend Anchor Point. It is great program. The facility is clean and comfortable. The staff are caring and helpful. Rehab daily schedule FAQ
- Daily gym access with strength training, plus a CrossFit partnership for classes and personal training. Meals are catered and a licensed nutritionist is part of the team. Regular community outings, hiking and ground-based work with horses get you outside.
- Meals are catered by a professional catering company and eaten together at one table: breakfast, lunch and dinner. A licensed nutritionist is part of the team, which helps while your body recovers from drinking or using. Tell admissions about allergies or dietary needs when you call.
- Yes. AnchorPoint is a sober house, with regular drug testing, which keeps the house safe for every man doing the work. Leave alcohol, drugs and other people’s medications at home.
- Mornings start with a catered breakfast, then group with the house and one-on-one time with your therapist. Afternoons are lunch, the gym and the outdoors: hiking, ground work with horses or a day out. Evenings are dinner with the whole house, 12-step meetings, free time and lights out.
- Yes. You keep your phone and laptop, as long as the work comes first. Evenings have free time to call home, and the people who count on you can still reach you through the week. Family visits on Sundays too, so home stays close while you do the work.
- Family visits on Sundays. Admissions can tell you the times and how visits work before you arrive, and family can always call admissions with questions. You keep your phone, so you can stay in touch during the week too.
- Yes. Evenings have free time to call home, rest and be with the men in the house, after dinner and 12-step meetings. Saturday runs at a different pace from the weekdays, and Sunday brings family visits. The rest of the day is structured around group, therapy, the gym and the outdoors.
- Yes. 12-step meetings (AA, NA or CA) are part of the program for every man here, and they’re part of the evening. They sit alongside group, one-on-one therapy and the outdoors as part of the same week.
- Yes. The gym is in the house, and you have access every day. Every fitness level is welcome, and you start where you are. Pack gym clothes and hiking shoes, because the week includes both the gym and the outdoors.
- Weekdays run on group, therapy and the gym. Saturday runs at a different pace, and Sunday is when family visits. Admissions can tell you the current weekend schedule and visiting times before you arrive.
- The house rules are short: stay sober, show up to group, respect the house and be honest. Leave alcohol, drugs, weapons and other people’s medications at home. Admissions can walk you through the current house rules on the call before you arrive.
- Your team talks it through with you. The rules keep the house safe for every man in it, so a broken rule is dealt with honestly and directly. If you have questions about how that works, admissions can explain it before you come.
