Call (928) 377-5230Christ-centered care in 30 day rehab
AnchorPoint is Christ-centered, and faith is part of the work here. Treatment follows the NeuroFaith® model, which brings the neuroscience of trauma, therapies such as EMDR, CBT and DBT, and Christian faith into one plan of care. Men of any faith, or none, are welcome.
- Brain science. Trauma is held in the nervous system, so the work starts with feeling safe and steady.
- Faith. Rebuilding identity, and your relationship with God, yourself and the people you love.
- Brotherhood. Bible study groups, prayer and fellowship alongside group therapy and 12-step meetings.
30 day rehab insurance coverage
Admissions checks your benefits for free, in or out of network, and tells you plainly what your plan covers before you decide anything.
In network
Most PPO plans work out of network too. On Medicare or Medicaid (AHCCCS)? Admissions can help you find a program that takes your plan.

Reviews from men at AnchorPoint
- Brett H.May 2026
“Anchor Point Recovery helped me through one of the hardest times in my life. The staff treated me like a real person, not just another client, and that made a huge difference. Everyone was supportive, easy to talk to, and genuinely cared about my progress. The environment felt safe and positive, and I always felt like people wanted to see me do better. I’m really grateful for the experience and would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing help.”

30 day rehab FAQ
- A 30 day rehab program is residential treatment that lasts about a month. You live at the treatment center, with therapy, groups, medical care and structure every day, away from the people and places tied to drinking or using. At AnchorPoint it’s about 30 days, sometimes 45.
- If you’re still drinking or using, or in withdrawal, yes. Detox comes first, at a program that does detox, because alcohol and benzo withdrawal can be dangerous. AnchorPoint works with detox referral partners, and once you’re medically cleared we pick you up.
- Individual and group therapy every week, with trauma-focused work at the center: EMDR, CBT, DBT, IFS, polyvagal-informed therapy and family therapy. Alongside it come 12-step meetings (AA, NA or CA), daily gym access, ground-based work with horses and the outdoors.
- For many men, 30 days is enough to get your feet under you: settled in, assessed, through the hard middle weeks and leaving with a written next step. Some need longer, and you and your team decide that together as the work goes. Every man leaves with somewhere to go.
- Yes. Sometimes it’s 45 days. Your team talks it through with you as the work goes, along with what your insurance authorizes. If you need more structure after that, your next step is planned before you leave, whether that’s continued care, sober living or going home with outpatient support.
- Yes, you can. The doors are open, and you’re here by choice. If you want to leave, we’ll ask you to talk it through with your team first, so the decision is made with a clear head and you leave with a plan in hand.
- The first week is about getting your bearings. You settle into your room and the house, sit down with your team for an assessment, meet the men you’ll live with and start showing up to group. Admissions has already handled the trip, from the pickup to your first night.
- A small bag is enough. Bring your ID and insurance card, prescriptions in their original bottles with a list of doses, your phone and charger, and about a week of clothes, since laundry is on site. Pack layers and hiking shoes for the trails. Admissions sends you a list before you come.
- You keep your phone and laptop as long as the work comes first. The month is for the work, so plan to step away from your job. If you’re eligible, FMLA leave protects your job while you’re here (the leave itself is unpaid), and admissions helps you fill out the medical certification.
- Yes. Family visits on Sundays, you keep your phone to call home, and family therapy is one of the therapies here. In the last week, your family can be part of building your next step if you want them there.
- Often, yes. Many private plans help pay for residential treatment, and what your plan authorizes can shape whether you stay 30 days or longer. We check your benefits for free, including out-of-network coverage, before you decide. We work with plans such as Aetna, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, TRICARE and TriWest. On Medicare or Medicaid (AHCCCS)? Admissions can help you find a program that takes your plan.
- You leave with a written next step you built with your team before day 30. That can be continued care in Arizona, sober living, or going home with outpatient support and meetings near you. Planning starts early, so your plan is ready well before your last day.
